Nick pulled off the impossible. My wife and I have rented a unit in the same building for 20+ years when vacationing in Ocean City. Now that we are retired, we decided to buy a unit. Nick continually urged patience and after 4-5 months Nick called and said he had a unit in the exact building we always rented in. The unit was immaculate and priced right where we could afford it. The photos of the property are professional quality and the marketing for our listing was fast and very prevalent (even we and several neighborhoods in the DMV area received the mailer postcard of our listing).
