Nick is an excellent agent, very knowledgeable about the area, told us where we should set the asking price, advised how much we would net, (which was on the money) and his negotiation skills are awesome. I bought a property on the shoreline in Ocean City, MD with his help and when it came time to sell, his was the number I dialed. He sold the property within a month and I received the funds I was hoping for. Can't ask for better than that!

Nicholas was helpful once we were under contract helping me with issues that needed to be fixed before settlement. We has an issue re-connecting the gas service which he was helpful to me in resolving. He connected me with a local plumber who was very responsive.  He responded very quickly whenever I had a question or needed information. That was very comforting since selling a property is very stressful. We had to adjust the sale price downward a couple of times. His advice at these times was very helpful.  He was very responsive any time I had a question or needed some advice. He did an excellent job of holding my hand when the sale seemed to take longer then I expected it would.
