My wife and I decided that we were going to buy a condo in OCMD, but we were most likely looking to purchase a property next year. I reached out to a few realtors and let them know our plans, and majority of them didn’t actively respond because I let them know we most likely weren’t going to purchase for 6 months-1 year from now. However, Nick was extremely responsive after my initial inquiry and began educating me on the OC market. We decided to go to OC for a weekend, and Nick showed us a bunch of places. While we were there, a condo that Nick found went on the market and we were able to look at it the next day. Nick, was personable, professional and had a great knowledge of the area. I lived in Baltimore & depended on my father at first to work with Nick on my behalf. When my home sold in Baltimore in one day, it was a rush to find my forever home in Ocean City on the water. Nick showed me 2 condos I was watching on Zillow, but both ended up being to small. Nick has a good demeanor for the job – he’s friendly and attentive with a sense of humor, too. When touring the town and visiting properties, he demonstrated a clear knowledge of the market and gave relevant advice or guidance that helped us make a buying decision with which we’re very comfortable. He sent several emails to be sure we were OK throughout the process, and if we asked questions or voiced concerns he replied with answers or resolutions in a very timely manner. Nick was an excellent realtor to work with on my first condo purchase in OCMD. My specific deal ended up being very time consuming and challenging to say the least, but Nick remained patient and kept me updated on everything happening throughout the very long process up until closing. I know my deal wasn't a huge one for Nick, however he always made me feel like a priority, which is very unique! Nick goes above and beyond, even meeting potential contractors at the property for me because he knew I wasn't able to be there.
