Even though we were unable to buy at that time, Nick took the time to send us regular updates on this property as well as ongoing sales reports in the ocean city md area. Nick made himself available for showings and questions. Nick was prompt in returning my emails and phone calls.  He answered all of my questions and researched until he found the answers for me.  Nick had an information page about condos and what to consider when buying one.  It was excellent information for a first time condo buyer and it was the reason that I chose him.

I would use no other realtor in the Ocean City area. I was a very selective client who gave Nick extremely specific and defined guidelines on the type of condominium/town home I wanted to purchase and a specific location. I was also patient and wanted to wait until I found the right one without compromise. Nick not only filtered the options he sent me for those exact guidelines to eliminate wasted time on sales I did not need to see, he was also extremely patient with me when he showed me numerous options that fit all the guidelines but just didn't "sing" to me. After many years, and countless searches, we found the right one and I could not be happier. He even made the negotiation process seamless and guided us with options if any obstacle presented.
