When the house was photographed in the beginning of the process Nick didn't like the way the photos turned out and he immediately had them re-taken.  This attention to detail made a great impression on me from the very beginning and I knew he was the right person to sell my house.  The property was shown a lot and it sold sooner than expected.  The lines of communication were always open with consistent email updates, progress reports and comments from prospective Buyers.  My ideas and concerns were always considered and discussed.  I decided to have the three decks on the house replaced and Nick recommended someone that I couldn't have been more pleased with.

We chose to contact Nick because of the knowledgeable content and ease of use of his website.  It was the only one I found that allowed us to narrow our search by selecting "deeded boat slip" as a requirement.  Then after speaking to him about what we were looking for and meeting with him we felt comfortable that he had a good understanding of what we wanted.  He offered good guidance and suggestions and was not pushy at all.  Nick made the whole process of buying a vacation home easy and worry free.

After the agremeent of sale on our current home was signed, I asked Nick if he could recommend a Mortgage Lender, Title Company and Insurance Agent.  I feel Nick is well-respected among his peers and has built a solid reputation as a team player,  therefore the recommended industry people were willing to work with us.  They, too, had no problem asnwering any questions, returned calls in a timely manner and eased many of our concerns.
