Nicholas Bobenko ... I would describe as a "make it Happen" kind of guy.  I located Nick on his website and was able to review properties at my own pace.  When I had located 8-10 properties of interest I set up an appointment with Nick.  From the moment I met Nick I knew I had one of the best Realtors in the area.  Nick had everything organized with information forms on each property. Over a 3 month period I met Nice on 3 different occasions to view properties.After looking at a few properties I knew exactly what I wanted - it just had to be found.  While Nick was on vacation he sent me an email with a link to a new property listing - my future condo - with EVERYTHING I had identified on my want list.  Nick met me at the condo that Saturday at 8 am after returning from his vacation the night before.  Nick put together the contract and I hoped for the best.  Contract negotiations proved challenging considering the owner was outside of the country with limited communication access.  It took several days to finalize the contract.  Nick gave me daily updates.  Settlement was scheduled for 30 days.  Unique insurance issues were identified near my settlement date.  Nick diligently worked with the lender and insurance agents to make my settlement happen as scheduled.On a 5 star rating scale I would give Nick a 6.  Whatever your highest expectations are - Nick will exceed them.  Nick is extremely personable, responsive and attentive to your real estate needs.  Thanks Nick for finding my dream condo.

I inquired on an OC property on Zillow and Nick promptly replied to my email.  We went down to see the property and met with Nick Bobenko.  He lined up 7 properties on top of the one we were interested in for us to see while down there for the day.  After the 1st property he knew exactly what we were looking for.  By the end of the day we had selected the one we liked.  The entire process was done via email which made it extremely helpful for us being 4.5 hours away.  Everything was extremely smooth.  He had all the answers and referrals for inspection, title insurance, etc. and he handled everything for us.  Settlement was extremely smooth.  I have purchased 3 properties and 2 businesses in the past but this was by far the easiest and smoothest purchase I've made to date.  I would recommend Nick in a heart beat to anyone buying in OC.  Thanks Nick for all your hard work.
