From the first phone call to closing Nick Bobenko made us feel like his priority.  My first introduction to Nick was by phone and he immediately asked questions about our family, where we lived previously and what we were looking for in our new location.  By that evening I had listings in my inbox from Nick of all the homes that met our criteria in the area.  Throughout the process his primary concern was finding a home that met the needs of our family.  He paid attention to all we said and made sure that he listened to our children as well.  His knowledge of the local area is immense as he has lived in the area all of his life.  To us this was extremely beneficial.  In addition to his knowledge he was always accessible to us and completely respectful and polite to our entire family.  For all of these reasons and many more I would not hesitate to recommend Nick to our friends and family in the future.

Working with Nick was great.  We liked the fact that he's a true local and knows all of the in's and out's of the local real estate market.  Being from PA our schedules were limited.  Nick met us on three separate occasions, two of which were on a Sunday.  We rolled through ten to fifteen properties each visit and at our own pace.  Using a national bank for our mortgage was complicated.  Nick compiled a team for our closing and without them our deal would have fallen apart.  That team knew who to call and when to call to get all of our issues resolved.  I would definitely recommend Nick for anyone looking to buy in OCMD.  Thanks again.
